Beijing Sihuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is the earliest established pharmaceutical enterprise of the Group and has played a core role in the Group's development. The current plant was newly built in Zhangjiawan Town in 2012 with an investment of 600 million yuan, covering an area of 100,000 square meters and a building area of 100,000 square meters. It has six workshops including domestic first-class ampoule final sterilization and non-final sterilization water injection production lines, freeze-dried powder injection production lines, oral solid preparation production lines, and sterile powder sub-packaging production lines, as well as testing centers, warehousing centers and other facilities. It currently has 44 varieties and 70 specifications of product approvals, focusing on distinctive and competitive high-end chemical generic drugs, covering cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, digestive tract, anti-epilepsy, hypoglycemic, anti-infection and other therapeutic areas, forming product clusters in multiple therapeutic fields. As of 2025, a total of 14 varieties and 22 specifications have passed consistency evaluation, and currently 12 varieties are on the market, of which 7 have entered centralized procurement. Through years of efforts and accumulation, the company has a solid foundation and distinctive advantages in hardware, systems, and talent teams.

Jilin Jinsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sihuan Pharmaceutical Holdings Group, established on January 26, 2014, with a registered capital of RMB 19.5 million. It is a production base for lyophilized powder injections established by Sihuan Group in accordance with its strategic development layout. It is a comprehensive pharmaceutical enterprise integrating production, sales, and research. The company's business scope includes: lyophilized powder injections, small-volume injections, chemical pharmaceutical preparations, blood products, biological preparations, and the production and sales of active pharmaceutical ingredients. The company has built three of the most advanced fully automated lyophilized product production lines in China, with an annual production capacity of over 100 million units, making it one of the largest manufacturers of lyophilized powder injections in China. The company currently has 35 product varieties and 79 specifications. Since its establishment, it has achieved a total output value of RMB 11.8 billion and paid taxes of RMB 2.04 billion.

Honghe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a large-volume injection manufacturer wholly owned by Sihuan Pharmaceutical Holdings Group. The company was established in May 2011, located at No. 4655 Jianguo Road, Meihekou City, Jilin Province, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million and a land area of 119,500 square meters. The company has successively received honors such as High-tech Enterprise of Jilin Province, Sci-tech Little Giant Enterprise, Specialized and Sophisticated SME, Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Provincial Water-saving Advanced Unit, Provincial Trade Union Staff Bookstore Demonstration Site, and National Outstanding Unit for Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring and Evaluation. The product Mainokang won the Provincial Government Patent Gold Award, and Huineng product won the Excellent Product Brand in Digestive System category, among other honors. The company mainly produces large-volume injections, with 8 varieties (3 in production) and 11 chemical drug approval numbers. In the past three years, R&D investment reached RMB 36 million, accounting for 3.97% of revenue; it owns 9 independent invention patents, 28 utility model patents, and 3 design patents; it has carried out 30 science and technology projects and completed 63 technology achievements transformation; currently, there are 2 varieties under research, laying a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.

Jilin Sihuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is the chemical pharmaceutical company with the most dosage forms, the most production workshops, and the largest production capacity in Sihuan Group. It is the centralized production base for chemical pharmaceutical products of Sihuan Group. It has a total land area of 200,000 square meters and a building area of 90,000 square meters, including domestic first-class ampoule final sterilization and non-final sterilization water injection production lines, biochemical extraction workshops, oral solid preparation pilot workshops, oral solid preparation industrialization production workshops, and international first-class oral solid preparation closed production workshops. It is also equipped with R&D centers, testing centers, warehousing centers and other facilities. It has successively won honors such as the National May Day Labor Certificate, National Worker Pioneer, Jilin Province Model Collective, Jilin Province Excellent Private Enterprise, and Jilin Province Specialized and Innovative Enterprise.

Jilin Sichang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., located in the northern section of Zhujiang Road, Meihekou City, Jilin Province, is a joint venture between Sihuan Pharmaceutical Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Buchang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The company has a registered capital of 28.3 million RMB, covering an area of over 90,000 square meters, with a building area of over 60,000 square meters. Total assets amount to 440 million RMB, and it currently employs more than 200 staff. Since 2011, the company has invested a total of 1.5 billion RMB, building multiple production lines including small-volume injection workshops, large-volume injection workshops, and traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshops, as well as a modern warehousing center of 20,000 square meters and a modern inspection laboratory with complete testing facilities. It has an annual production capacity of 60 million small-volume injections and 10 million large-volume injections. The company is mainly engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of Chinese and Western medicines, currently with 9 product varieties and 14 national patents. To adapt to the development trends of the pharmaceutical industry, enhance innovation momentum, and achieve sustainable development, the company has invested a total of 140 million RMB in R&D during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, cooperating with many well-known domestic CROs to develop a total of 11 new products, covering therapeutic areas such as anti-infection, respiratory system, osteoporosis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems, thrombotic diseases, and anesthesia, laying a solid foundation for the company's sustainable development.

Benxi Hengkang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 with a registered capital of 26.875 million RMB. It is a professional pharmaceutical manufacturer under Sihuan Pharmaceutical Holdings Group. Located at No. 28 Shennong Street, Benxi High-tech Zone, the company covers an area of 135 mu and has invested a total of approximately 400 million RMB to build a modern production base in accordance with the 2010 GMP standards, which officially commenced production in 2014. The company focuses on the comprehensive formulation sector and is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a "Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, and Innovative" SME in Liaoning Province, holding nearly 60 patents and software copyrights. It operates two small-volume injection production lines, one for non-terminal sterilization and one for terminal sterilization, covering injections and fat emulsions, with a designed annual capacity of approximately 110 million units. Main products include Alprostadil Injection, Etomidate Medium/Long Chain Fat Emulsion Injection, and Octreotide Acetate Injection, widely used in the cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and anesthesia fields. Jilin Zhen'ao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a pharmaceutical enterprise with chemical injection as its core business. Founded in 2013, the company covers an area of 48,000 square meters, currently has 3 workshops and 4 production lines, equipped with domestic first-class ampoule final sterilization water-for-injection production line and vial final sterilization water-for-injection production line, and also has supporting facilities such as R&D center, inspection center, and warehousing center. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a Jilin Province innovative technology enterprise, and a Jilin Province "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" enterprise.
